How To Delete windows profile Correctly
To Remove User Profile from windows or Windows Terminal Server, you should logout completely from the profile so now files in the profile folder :
run %USERPROFILE% to enter the folder .
Will stay open . Then login with administrator, delete the folder from c:\users . Open registery (regedit.exe), go to :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion\\ProfileList
Look in all the subfolders named by values starting S-1-5-XX, inside look for the value in the key :ProfileImagePath find the one with the name folder you delete before and Delete it aswell
