{"id":1293,"date":"2020-01-26T14:31:55","date_gmt":"2020-01-26T12:31:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/itsimple.info\/?p=1293"},"modified":"2020-01-26T14:31:55","modified_gmt":"2020-01-26T12:31:55","slug":"there-are-currently-no-logon-servers-available-to-service-the-logon-request","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/itsimple.info\/?p=1293","title":{"rendered":"There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"entry-title\">Sometime the domain controller it self give error when trying to logon &#8220;There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request&#8221;, this can happen because multi-pull reasons, to get access you need to re-start the server in DSRM (Active Directory Restore Mode), this fix the ntsd.dit (Active Directory database):<\/p>\n<p class=\"entry-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/itsimple.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/NoLogonServer.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1294\" src=\"https:\/\/itsimple.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/NoLogonServer.png\" width=\"389\" height=\"244\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"entry-title\">Log on to DSRM<\/p>\n<p class=\"entry-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/itsimple.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/LoginDSRM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1295\" src=\"https:\/\/itsimple.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/LoginDSRM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"248\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"entry-title\">If you do not remember the the password :<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"sbody-h3 x-hidden-focus\">o Reset the DSRM Administrator Password<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"sbody-num_list\">\n<li class=\"\">Click, <span class=\"text-base\">Start<\/span>, click <span class=\"text-base\">Run<\/span>, type <span class=\"text-base\">ntdsutil<\/span>, and then click <span class=\"text-base\">OK<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>At the Ntdsutil command prompt, type <span class=\"sbody-userinput x-hidden-focus\">set dsrm password<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>At the DSRM command prompt, type one of the following lines:\n<ul class=\"sbody-free_list\">\n<li class=\"x-hidden-focus\">To reset the password on the server on which you are working, type <span class=\"sbody-userinput x-hidden-focus\">reset password on server null<\/span>. The null variable assumes that the DSRM password is being reset on the local computer. Type the new password when you are prompted.
