Emby is a great media stream server with plenty of features and a move/series database collection witch some time best Kodi itself, Yet the addon installation is a bit complicated (not to much) . On android TV the Emby client demands unlocking with on time fee (which the developers well deserved !) so to install the addon is way to over come this Unlocking.Here is the steps :
Step one: install the Emby repository
Open the Kodi file manager (usually under settings):
Add a source with the name Emby and url http://kodi.emby.media:
Step 2 : install the addon from the Emby repository
Navigate to System -> Add-ons -> Install from zip. Install the emby.kodi repository and you’re done!
After setting the Emby server ‘ you can browse your folders and play the media from Android TV with no restriction !
