Windows VM stuck on “Getting Devices Ready”

Some time windows Virtual Machine can get stuck when booting on “Getting Devices Ready”

This could happened when windows can not install some drivers, the best option is to start windows in safe mode (F8 when stating to boot) start devmgmt.msc and delete all unknown devices from the device manager when in safe mode , reboot the VM and the error should clear and windows will boot normally.
